More info:

Blown-in-Blanket insulation is treated for fire retardancy. If a fire occurs, the blown in cellulose insulation, combined with its fire retardants, can slow a fire from spreading. Scientists at the National Research Council of Canada report that, Blown-in-Blanket insulation increases fire resistance by 22%-55%.

Blow-in-Blanket systems information

Blow-in-Blanket systems uses a patented process where insulation is blown into exterior walls and/or interior walls filling every cavity. This method ensures that even the most odd-sized wall cavities are filled with densely-packed insulation. Therefore, a more thermally efficient barrier is created between you and the outside weather. The BIB System creates a high R-value and thus reduces the infiltration of air and noise into the wall space.

The BIB System is installed by specially trained installers who have extensive knowledge of the process. We use only the best BIBS-approved products on the market today.
